EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

MBBS: Govt Med College Kottayam, 1969-74. TCMC Reg No: 7510 (31/07/ 1975) Was the
Editor of College Magazine 1971-72; Represented Med College in Hockey & Cricket
for 4 years.
1976-1980: Northeast India Govt Health services & successfully completed DO - PG
Diploma in Ophthalmology - at Govt Med College Dibrugarh, Assam in Dec 1980.
1981 – 2012: engaged in private practice for more than 30years, focusing in primary
healthcare delivery in rural area. 1981- 1983: worked as Med Officer in charge at
25 bedded Coop Hospital Chovvara, Aluva. 1984- till now: Chief Med Officer of own
Nursing Home - Aiswarya Clinic & Nursing Home - at Sreemoolanagaram, Aluva.
Active Life member of Indian Medical Assn Kerala State Branch: organized & took
part in several Free Med Camps; Health Awareness Camps & few Blood Donation Camps
under IMA banner since 1995.Member of IMA MadhyaKerala Ex Committee since 1994.
Was the President of Madhyakerala Branch (2005);
Was the DTF Convener (2008) & DTF Chairman (2009) of Ekm District Task Force IMA,
coordinating the 9 IMA branches in Ekm District;
was the State Secretary cum Treasurer of IMA’s popular Malayalam Health Magazine
for public - Nammude Arogyam in 2010-11.

Arogyam (2011-12); and
2) the State Treasurer of IMA Kerala State Branch (2011-12).

FCGP - Fellowship by IMA College of Gen Practitioners in 2001.
